IMAX : NASA The Dream Is Alive (1980) - Documentary 36.35 min.(Video)

This is a IMAX film made in the 1980's by NASA about the Space Shuttle.


The Dream is Alive is an IMAX movie, released in June 1985, about NASA's Space Shuttle program. The film was narrated by Walter Cronkite, and directed by Graeme Ferguson.

The movie includes scenes from numerous shuttle missions, beginning with footage of a de-orbiting (uncredited) Challenger (STS-41-B) on its approach to the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral, complete with sonic boom.
